Hi all,
We have a final challenge before Christmas over at I Love Promarkers. Our sponsor is Dr Digi and I have used Holly jolly Horace.
It is getting closer to Christmas and the end of the year. So our new challenge over at Creative Moments has the optional theme of 'It's a Wrap'. We want to see gift wrap, or gifts on your creations - or maybe you are wrapping up the year ready for the new one? We cannot wait to see your creativity. Of course you always have the option to play anything goes.
I coloured her with Promarkers and then fussy cut the image. I used a sentiment topper I got free with a magazine several years ago and layered both onto a Christmas image base card. Nice and simple. I did not think this needed any further embellishment due to the base card being quite noisy, so I left it at this.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
inspirationstation #56 (fantasy [Disney] and sitting on a present stack
cratycalendar - Christmas
613avenuecreate - Winter Holiday
dragonflydreams - Christmas
PFP #719 Add a sentiment
Allsorts #758 Something beginning with B (Boxes and Blue)
Hi all,
I have chosen the theme of Winter Animals for our challenge over at MAWTT for this month.
We have a new challenge started today over at I Love Promarkers, with the optional theme of Add A Banner, with our sponsor being Paper Nest Dolls for this challenge.
I coloured him using my Chameleon pens and then fussy cut. I layered a tartan paper onto KRAFT card base. The banner is actually a Christmas ribbon, that I have then placed Rudolph standing on. Finally I added a little foam star.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
TIOT - Traditional Christmas
inkspirational #303 Seasonal
MTTC #521 Got to be Christmas
PFP #718 Baby It's Cold Outside (wrapped up warm)
CraftyCatz #660 Christmas or Winter
Hi all,
It is time for our reminder post at Creative Moments for our optional Winter theme and I have used a Becky's Place image called Woodrow for my card.
Hi guys,
We have a new challenge started today over at I Love Promarkers, with the optional theme of Love is in the Air. I messed up and couldn't find the image I wanted to use, so used this one which I already had coloured, as a fall back. I think I have made it work ok.
We have a new challenge started today over at Creative Moments. Our optional theme for this month is Winter, and we have two sponsors. Pop to the blog to see who these are.
Hi guys,
Our new challenge started over at I Love Promarkers on Wednesday with the optional theme of In the Pink. Here is my DT card (sorry it is a little late).
Hi guys,
Our new challenge at Moving Along With The Times started today, with the theme of Christmas Animals. These can be animals associated with Christmas (good for those of you that do not celebrate Christmas), or animals celebrating Christmas. Here is my card.
Hi guys,
I have decided to start working through a paper pad that I got free with a magazine a few years ago, and this is my first creation.
Hey guys,
Just a reminder that our current challenge is still open over at Creative Moments, with the optional them of 'It's Alive' - perfect for the Halloween season! Our lovely sponsor is Polkadoodles.
Here is my creation using one of their ladybird digis and a jar from the same collection.
Hi guys,
I decided to have a play with some of my stash and use a topper as my focus for this card. This topper has been hidden in my stash for a while, but I think it is likely to be a Hunkydory topper (but I am not 100% sure).
Hi guys,
Our new challenge started over at I Love Promarkers with the optional theme of wings or tails. Here is my penguin row creation, using Huddle from SheepSki Designs.
So we all know that the bugs get the limelight in October, not just for Halloween but because the male giant house spiders are on the hunt for females at this time and so more are seen in peoples houses. Therefore, although the optional theme over at Creative Moments is 'It's Alive' this month, I specifically wanted to make a card that features those 8-legged creatures.
Thanks for looking,

Hi guys,
Following on from the card I made back on the first, I wanted to show another couple of ways of using the teacup stamp that I used for that card. I went quite pink with both cards.

Hi guys,
Our new challenge started on Wednesday over at I Love Promarkers. Sorry I am late posting, it has been fairly hectic. Our optional twist is to add a bow, and I think the bows work really well with my chosen image.
Hi guys,
Our new challenge started over at Creative Moments today, and our option is to follow the sketch below. Due to such a low number of entries last time I made my first DT card as anything goes - my second will be following the sketch - but I wanted to show people that Anything Goes is still acceptable if you do not get along with the optional theme.
Thanks for looking,
Hugz Tinz
Hey guys,
Our new challenge started over at I Love Promarkers yesterday, with the optional theme of transport. The DT have come up with some great ideas, and here is my creation.
Our new challenge started on Friday over at MAWTT, with the theme of Early Christmas.
I used a topper on a blue card base. I then cut the snowflake circle onto lilac paper with foiled snowflakes. This very simple card just layered the die-cut around the topper in the centre of the card.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
613AvenueCreate - Anything Goes
ABCChristmas - Q for Quick
AYLI - Fav animals - one of my favourite animals is a bird, and especially at Christmas I think they remind us that summer is just round the corner :)
MTTC #515 Use die-cuts
Hi guys,
I have another card to share with you - this time a mini 3x3" one.
I stamped the image using spiced pumpkin distress ink. I then used a marker pen to colour the stamp for the sentiment (from the same pack, which was free with a magazine). I then used the marker to draw round parts of the image stamp.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Polkadoodles wk34
SOS #504 Welcome to the jungle
SimplyLessisMoore #490 Orange

Hey everyone,
We do not seem to have many people joining in our current challenge over at Creative Moments. Just a reminder that there is always the Anything Goes option if you do not like the idea of no line colouring (however I would recommend giving it a go - you may surprise yourself).
Here is my reminder card.
I have not added a sentiment yet, but left space for one, as this particular card could be used for absolutely anything.Hi everybody,
We have a new challenge over at Creative Moments, with the optional theme of 'No Line Colouring'. Of course you are always welcome to play Anything Goes. Pop over to the blog to see what you could win, and also take a look at the design team creations.

Good evening,
I have raided my stash and made a Christmas card using one of the many toppers I have in a drawer. I think I got this in a craft exchange, or crafting challenge prize.
Thanks for looking,

Hi all,
We had a new challenge start yesterday over at Moving Along with the Times, with the theme of Wedding or Anniversary, as it is once again that time of year :)
I also have another book review for you.
Hard Road by J.B.
Turner
Jon Reznick works as an
assassinator for the American government. He has military training and
experience which makes him ideal for the job. He is still grieving for the loss
of his wife in the 9/11 attacks when he gets a call for a target – all he knows
is it must look like a suicide, and the name of the target. Everything is going
to plan, until Reznick realises the man in the room is not the target he has
been allocated, and there is an FBI agent dead in the next room. Reznick
informs his handler and starts running with the intended victim. However, there
seems to be somebody waiting for him every step of the way. When they take his
daughter, he must start to rely on more than just the military training, and he
must also figure out who he can trust.
The FBI are also working a case –
that of the missing doctor that Reznick nearly assassinated. They want him back
and are willing to do anything to ensure his safety, including help Reznick
find his daughter. This brings them into close proximity and has them working
together to bring down the terrorist threat on the country.
You get to see into the mind of a
hit-man when he realises things are not going right, and the twists in this
story keep you guessing. You also get some insight about the main character for
the terrorist cell as some chapters focus on him, and how similar what he is
doing is to what Reznick also does. A fast paced, action-packed story that
keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Hey everyone,
We have a new challenge started today over at I Love Promarkers, with the optional theme of having a stencilled background. I did cheat a little as my stencil is only in the corner, but I couldn't find my brick wall one I wanted to use.
