Birthday Layers

Hi guys,

I made a birthday card with many layers for the last Addicted to stamps challenge - then realised I had missed the deadline. Damn this new in-links that just says 'closes in a month'! How can I know when that is, if it is not exact? Grr.

Anyway here is the card:
So I started with a pale blue base card. I then took some stripy holographic navy paper and distressed the top edge. I layered a piece of pale blue card, that matched the base card, onto this and stamped the branch and sentiment. I took some pearlescent pink card and stamped some flowers, not reinking the stamp between for the faded effect. I added some candi to the centre of the flowers and then layered this over the main panel. I then layered an embossed black strip down the side. Finally I added peel-off balloons, and birthday stickers.

Unfortunately we have lost a couple for reasons unknown, but the majority are doing well.

    Lovely card Tinz. Wow, what a selection of spiders, I wouldn't have a clue how to look after these but I did have a couple of stick insects years ago when I was a kid. Jenny x
