Flowers for you!

Hi there, and welcome to a new DT challenge post. We have a new challenge starting today over at Aud Sentiments. We do not have a sponsor for this challenge and so we are offering one entrant the chance to win a Crafty Shopping voucher. All you have to do is following the challenge theme - which is FLOWERS this time - and include a sentiment on your creation. You can make any craft related project that you wish. Can't wait to see what you create for our theme.

Here is my project - I have used a smaller setiment than usual this time because the die-cut one I wanted to use just looked out of place on the card.

Once again I used one of my fancy base cards, as it kinda matches the floral theme, and also has a Spring colour palette. The stamps used were a free gift in a magazine and are by Adam Pescott. They were coloured using Promarkers (ones from the list in my Rodeo Birthday post). I then fussy cut the kitty and the sentiment tag and rounded the corners on the border strip. I wanted this piece to stand out a bit more from the card base, which is why I did not fussy cut.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Show us your pussies #18 Birthday (although it doesn't say happy birthday it could certainly be used as a birthday card)
MMM #45 May Flowers
CASology #247 Flow (Flowing flower border :D)
PFP #393 Make it bloom
SOS 301 Back to basics (fussy cutting)

I would also like to share an update of my Fish Tank with you all - here it is at 143hr 38mins!

And finally some of the local families - so very, very cute indeed,

These two poor mallards were even being chased by the goslings!
These are the younger three from the more timid pair of geese.

Oh, and Mr Swan wanted his photo taking too - didn't see any cygnets unfortunately.

Thanks for looking,

Hugz Tinz
