It is time for our new challenge over at Aud Sentiments, and the theme this time is - for a child. We are sponsored by The Paper Shelter, and I have used Licensed to Frost for my project.
I loved the colouring on this image so I just used the precoloured digi, and the background, and just added the sentiment before printing out and layering onto a square base card. Nice and easy, but very effective!
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
TIOT - Letters/Numbers
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - Anything Goes
Cute Card Thursday #484 Anything Goes
CAGI - Fairies and Trolls
Here is an update on my dino height chart @ 31hr 20:
And some more of the plants in my garden too :D
Cucumber
Random plant from ym rabbit lol - or it could be from when the wind blew the greenhouse over!
Thanks for looking again,

Strawberry Treat
Well it is another Wednesday, and it doesn’t feel
like it has been two weeks since the last challenges went live. Time
really is speeding by this year – maybe because the weather was so nice
for a week or so.
So today I only have one DT creation to share
with you as over at Creative Moments we are taking a brief summer
holiday and will be back on 12th July with a new challenge.
But at I Love Promarkers our theme for the next
challenge, starting today and closing 10th July, is Special Occasions. Our
lovely sponsor is Fabrika Fantasy who are offering 3 digi's for the winner. I have used "Sweet
Tooth Edgehog" for my summery card, designed for a friends special day. I have left
this very open so could be used for a Birthday or any other form of
anniversary.
I used a purple card blank and layered red gingham linen textured paper onto this, to give a picnic feel to the card. I coloured my image with Promarkers (listed below) and layered onto some slightly darker purple card. I added little purple diamantes to the corners and a black self-adhesive flower ribbon across the gingham before layering onto the card blank. I added a Fried peel-off to white card and cut around this, then added an anniversary sentiment onto a linen strawberry tag.
Promarkers used - Ruby, Cardinal Red, Pink Lobster, Salmon Pink, Tawny Owl, Cocoa, Umber, Tulip Yellow, Eggnog, Cool Grey 1, Soft Green, forest Green and Lime Twist.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
SOS #309 Lazy Summer Days
CCM #191 Here comes summer
MMM #49 Summer Brights
OLL #231 Summertime
notjustcards #45 Summer
Here is an update picture of my fairies:
They are now at 34hr20!!
I also have a gant hoverfly and some more planters to share with you today - so first the giant hoverfly (aiming to find out what species this is).
And here are the plants:Lots of tomatoes
carrot paddling pool
Thanks for looking once again :)

Missing you and Flying High
Hi there everybody,
I have two cards to share with you today. OK so haven't actually done much of the housework, but there is always tomorrow for that yes?? lol. So here is the first of my cards:
I based this card around the sketch 115 from Sweet Sketch Wednesday
I used a pre-printed base card, a topper that was free with a magazine, a sentiment I created on the computer and a Bloomer from the papermania Capsules range with a blue adhesive gem in the centre. I also finished with two bright pink butterfly gems.
This card is for the following challenges:
I also have some more stuff I am growing to show you :)
Lobelia
Curly Kale
Geranium
And yup there is still an Acer in there!
Violas
Spirea
Thanks for taking the time to look at my blog (I would have an update for you on my stitching but I am not sure which one is next lol).

I based this card around the sketch 115 from Sweet Sketch Wednesday
I did rotate the sketch slightly but all the elements are still there. I used various embossing techniques for the background and die-cut the owl from X-cut self adhesive glitter paper. The embossing folders used were one that came as a free gift with a magazine, which I used to emboss the tin foil (to resemble the moonlight in the forest), and a Sheena Douglas folder which I rubbed ink onto before embossing to make the background paper. I then added a penant and some papermania blitters flowers to finish the sketch.
I would also like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Diecuttin' Divas #322 Camping Critters (owls in the forest)
fussy and fancy #190 Punches/Dies
kort 'o' mania #178 Use different things (trying stamping with an embossing folder)
613 Avenue Create #198 Stamping with an embossing folder
open-minded crafting #18 Just about time (dandelion clock)

Simply Christmas Time
Hi there,
I also have a none DT creation to share with you today!
For this card I used a papermanie pre-printer card base, with musical notes on it. I stamped some baubales from the Papermania Mistletoe Kisses stamp set, onto white card and then three different patterned papers from my Christmas stash - two red and one green. The red paper for the long bauble was papermania but not sure what the other was, which had glittery white spots on it too. I paper pieced the baubles together and then added a green sentiment to finish the card.
Inspired by the challege at Merry Monday, of this photo inspiration:
CRAFT #420 Christmas
Jingle Belles - All bundled up (layers for paper piecing)
Winter Wonderland - Add Snowflakes (on the smaller bauble)
inkychicks #84 Use three patterned papers
ABC Christmas - M for more than one
Christmas @ Sweet Stampin'
I also met some more friends at Think parrots 2017:

Even more quirky Things with Wings
Hi there, sorry this is slightly late - I was all set for a Sunday
blog post!! But here they are finally. Firstly I have another Bugaboo
creation, which was made for a friends 40th, and does only just fit into
the challenge (but I used the other card for my challenge on
Wednesday!). Here it is:
I layered two of my images together, along with a sentiment (all from Bugaboo - bugdf; bugjwine and bugjwinesent) and then printed them out onto a layer of cardstock. I coloured the images with promarkers, using a metallic gold for the foil top. I then stamped the 40 using this months free stamps with Creative Stamping magazine and Red pretty colour ink.
My second reminder card uses an image from Limited Runs, called Birds on a Wire:
I used this one to make an ATC, using stripey green card for the base, and layering with green flowers and some leaves. I used the 'Friends Flock Together' sentiment from the stamp set. Again the image was coloured with Promarkers.

As you like it - Favourite fruit. - one of my favourite fruits are grapes, especially the black seedless ones. These in turn ake red wine - hence my creation for this theme.

Sporting Greetings
ell it is now Thursday, nearly at the end of the
week, and also time for a new challenge over at Aud Sentiments. Our
challenge theme this time is BINGO and here is our BINGO board:
My money plant, who is insisting on producing lots of little money plants to share the pot with!
The oranges off my little citrus tree - the lighter is so you can see the size of them! (Not actually sure if they are edible).
We are sponsored by Dr Digi's House of Stamps for this challenge,
just pop over to the blog to see what the prize is for this challenge.
Please do remember to add a sentiment to your creation (this could be
hidden within the card, but we do need to see it).
I have used Dunderton Academicals FC for my easel card: (BINGO - Ribbon/Digi/Die-cut and 3d item/digi/Markers)
I folded the front panel of a pastel 6x6 base to
create an easel base. The image was coloured with Promarkers and then I
used X-cut large ovals nesting dies for the image and the green backing
paper, which I added to the easel part of the card. To one side of this I
added a helmet from my stash. A blue ribbon was added just under the
fold, and a bow added to the side of the image. For the bottom of the
card I used a papermania sentiment and two football embellishments and
3D foam pads.
I would like to enter my card for the following challenges:
Card Mania #93 Buttons/Bows
Cute as a button #35 For the boys
CCM #190 For a special man/boy
I also have a dino update for you all - now at 30.5 hours (or just over 120hrs for the whole thing):
And some of my bits that I am growing indoors:
Firstly
my indoor tomatoes and chillies - they were all overwintered, but the
tomatoes are just too big, and as I have not got an allotment as yet I
think they are highly unlikely to produce any fruit - but the chillies
are just starting to flower. My money plant, who is insisting on producing lots of little money plants to share the pot with!
The oranges off my little citrus tree - the lighter is so you can see the size of them! (Not actually sure if they are edible).
My lemongrass growing well in the guest bathroom.
Thank you for stopping by, and hope to see you joining in with our challenges,
Hugz Tinz

An extra large birthday wish
Now onto my second post for today, announcing our new challenge over at Creative Moments. As always we are an Anything Goes challenge blog, but this time we have the optional twist of adding a flag to your card. We are sponsored by the lovely Bugaboo and Torytale for this challenge.
I have used Spring Clyde for my creation and added the flag as part of the sentiment:
I coloured Clyde in using watercolour pencils, which I chose to add water to in some places to blend the colours, but left just as pencil in other areas. I added a starbust background before printing, and then die-cut using a scalloped circle from the X-cut nesting dies. I then layered him onto some bright patterned paper. The numbers were bought from Hobbycraft (this is an A4 card, so the card is actually quite heavy with the numbers on). To make the flag I stamped the sentiment from the new Creative Stamping magazine in green ink, then folded this round a cocktail stick. I then used silver glitter glue to paint the stick and attach to the card base.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
I would also like to share an update on my Christmas Fairies too @ 33hr 17:
Here also is Simba, who wanted some new photographs taking:
