Hi guys,
Well I think Spring might actually be here - the daffodils are popping their heads out, the rain is here and the sun is getting warmer! The crows are loving playing with the rabbit toys - hang on...lol
Yup I have a fabric tunnel for the rabbit and apparently the crows have had a great time bouncing on it today - so much that at one point the hubby was worried they were trying to actually get at the rabbit (but she is actually too big for them). We now have a regular pair of wagtails to the garden - and the woodpeckers are back in the vacinity as we can here them tapping every evening. It is all very exciting. Only problem is my beas are not waiting for the weather to catch up and will need planting out in the not too distant future - as will my potatoes.
Anyway, I have a fun males birthday card to share with you today, using the first of the progressive challenge images for
IkesArt:
I have even changed my watermark for the season :D
As you can see I am continuing to try using the very patterned card blanks I have in my stash, which I find so very hard to use. I layered some more masculine patterned paper onto the right side of the base and edged this with an orange Distress Ink pad. I coloured the image with Promarkers and then rounded the corners before attaching to the base. Finally I added a sentiment from an Anita's die-cut male sentiment sheet.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges also:
I would also like to share a Row Of Fairies update - but I do not have the time it is up to on me at the moment:
I will hopefully have some book reviews before too long - at the moment we are listening to the Dark Materials trilogy, so I will post a review of the audiobooks once we have listened to them all :)
Thanks for looking,
Hugz Tinz
