Hi guys,
I have a birthday ATC to share with you all today :) And it is sunshine outside!! Whoop.
I used a standard ATC base with rounded corners in a pink to match the pink in the image. The image is one I received in a previous exchange and I just added a couple of toppers and a printed sentiment. Nice and simple, but quite elegant too.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Fussy and Fancy #197 Shabby Chic
polkadoodle - Anything Goes
Here are some of the caterpillars from my garden!
ok this isn't actually a caterpillar - but I think the caterpillar is hiding inside the swelling at the base of the leaf :)
Thanks for looking,

Top Kitty
Hi there,
I decided to give my self a bit of a challenge today - stamping on vellum to make a male card which includes a kitty cat!! And this is what I came up with:
I used top hat die-cuts for the two large circles, and a vellum stamped and heat embossed stop watch for the middle circle. I coloured the reverse of the stopwatch with watercolour pens and backed with white card. I stamped and heat embossed the kitty - then also stamped a mask and over stamped using a cog stamp. The dies were cut from X-cut self-adhesive sheets. To finish I heat embossed birthday and added a wishes peel-off and added some small diamantes.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
SimplyLessisMoore #347 Sketch
The Male Room #69 Masking - Here is my mask.
SUYP #22 Anything Goes
TIOT - Time or Clocks
Here are some random pics from my phone that I never transferred over until now - some of them you can see why lol.
Thanks for looking,
Hugz Tinz

Rudolph and Friends
Hi there,
I have a week of lates ahead of me now, and I always feel really rough on my late shifts :( Not 100% sure why though. So I thought I would share this cute little fella with you all. He certainly cheers me up lol.
Of course the base card was a pre-printed one and I just mounted the cross-stitch into this, however the Cross Stitch was done by myself. It was a free kit with a magazine and took between 8-10 hours to complete (I cannot remember exactly how long though).
I would like to enter this card for the following challenges:
CAGI - Anything Goes
Winter Wonderland - Wrap it up
I also have a couple more pictures from my holiday:
Now to get ready for work,

Ahoy Matey
Hi guys,
It is finally the weekend, and I have a day off work tomorrow - but of course it is going to rain, so it looks like I will not be getting much done in the garden. Fingers crossed for a bit of sunshine though!!
I have a pirate themed card to share with you all today (although it is not the usual sort you imagine when you think pirates lol). The image is from The Stamping Chef - I am currently unable to get a link to the store, or the image.
firstly I selected a card blank with an embossed frame edge. I took a scrap piece of white card and using a free chevron stencil and some acrylic spray I patterned that card. I then spritzed with an orange and pink mix of mica powders. Before adding this to the card front I heat-set using a heat gun. The image was coloured with Promarkers and cut into a diamond shape. The edges were inked with Pretty Colour Pink and the panel was layered over the patterned panel. To finish the pearls were added down the side, and some corner peel-offs also added. Finally I spritzed the whole card with a gold mice powder.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Simon Says Monday - Shimmer and Shine
CCEE1738 Pirates
Allsorts #434 Things with Wings
TIOT - My Friend
Sweet Sketch Wednesday - Sketch 121 (I have twisted to the side)
Card Mania #96 Rustic/Shabby Chic
I have some pictures from when me and the mother-in-law went to the working farm near where we were staying in Lancashire (called Old Holly Farm), ad fed the little calves!
I think we were supposed to feed them with the stuff bought from the shop, but they seemed to much prefer to try eating me instead!!! lol.
Thanks for looking

Winter Sparkle
Hi guys,
It is time to let you all know about our new challenge over at Aud Sentiments. Challenge #189 is to use a Two Word Sentiment. The prize this time is a gift certificate!
The rules are very simple:
You can make any type of project you want for this challenge such as a card, tag, scrapbook layout, altered item, pocket letter, box, etc. Just make sure you follow the theme and include a sentiment.
I decided to go for lots of sparkle for my DT project!
I used a red card blank for contrast to the cool colours. I then layered up several different die-cuts to create the scene, using blue watercoloured paper, black X-cut self-adhesive glitter sheets and blue pearlescent card. Finally I added a winter sentiment to the main panel. I used the cut out pieces from the dies to decorate the corners, so wasted very little making this card.
Dies used - M&C stitched square nesting dies and Christmas Snowglobe create-a-scene dies free with Papercrafter Magazine.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
lots of flying critters and a lovely flower!
Once again thank you for looking,
Hugz Tinz
