Lickle birthday

Here is my card that I made yesterday using a cross stitch that I finished a little while ago. The cross stitch was a free gift with Cross Stitch Crazy magazine a few years ago, but I only just got around to stitching it - lots of other kits to do also lol.

So here is the card that I made:
I used a white card blank and cut a piece of blue gingham patterned paper, that cam free with a magazine, so a slightly smaller square. I wrapped this paper with glitter pink ribbon, blue 'happy birthday' ribbon and a gold ribbon and then stuck it to the card blank. A scalloped circle was die-cut out of some floral 'Kate Knight' designer paper and attached to the centre of the card. A floral type die was used to cut the excess fabric from around the cross stitch, which was then attached to the circle. Three jewels were added to the top left in place of one of the points of the floral circle.

  1. Oh Tina your card is absolutely wonderful this is the most perfect babies card hopefully the mum will always cherish it and may be frame it with the Cross Stitch center image of the Teddy Bear.
