Elegant for Christmas

 Hi guys,

There are a lot of challenges playing Christmas in July - so here is my contribution.

I stamped the lady over a pre-embossed basecard, using the centre circle as a focal point. I then stamped the matching sentiment using Boofle green ink. I also stamped some snowflakes. I coloured the image using fineliner pens and then also doodled some snowflakes and some holly into the circle focus. Finally I added a gold sentiment peel-off.

Cute ladybirds

 Well here I am to announce the new challenge over at Creative Moments, and this month the optional theme is cute!

I have used this cute Garden 13 image from our sponsor Morgans Artworld. They are offering the 2 images that the DT have used to the winner.

I coloured this using my Chameleon Pens and then simply added a sentiment that I printed from my computer.

Bookmark fail

 Hi guys,

I thought I would share my 'lacey bookmark' with you today. Unfortunately I obviously lost where I was several times as it looks nothing like what it should!

The lace pattern should be central and there should be no ridges in the bookmark!!

Alligator greetings

 Hi all,

We have a new challenge started today over at I Love Promarkers, with the optional theme of Animals.

Our sponsor is Dr Digi'sHouse Of Stamps and I have used Alistair the alligator.

I coloured the alligators with - lush green, soft green, fresh meadow. I then fussy cut them. I layered several different textured or patterned papers on to make a varied background and layered the alligators over this. I then added a hoop to each alligator to make the card a little more fun.

Sunflower summer

 Hi guys,

I made a new card with a summery theme.

I used a beach themed stack from the range for the patterned paper. I then added sand coloured accents in the form of a sunflower, a sentiment and a layered topper.

I took inspiration from Daring Cardmakers Elemental inspiration - using colours, beach items and sunflowers.

Colourful reminder

Hi guys,

Just a reminder post for our challenge at Creative Moments, which is still running until the 10th July. The optional theme is red, white and blue.

Once again I have used the flowers from , coloured with Chameleon pens. I then cut the three parts out and layered them onto red card. After adding this to the card base I simply added a sentiment sticker.

Ink up those backgrounds

I blended distress ink through a stencil using a blending sponge. I then simply added the sentiment topper and a butterfly sequin.
