Girly and sweet

Our new challenge started today over at Creative Moments (slightly late in the day as I forgot to organise the post!!). The theme is Feminine, but we still accept anything goes creations too.

Here is my card using an old image from our sponsor - All Dressed Up.

I coloured the image using pastels as it is for a younger girl. I die-cut this into a circle and added to a pale yellow base card. I have recently started trying fluid art, and I dislike waste, so I have been using the run off paint to create paper strips for my cards. I used a blue on for this card, added a peel-off sentiment and some pastel diamantes before layering to the top of the card.
I then die-cut some little flowers and added them along the bottom, using the same pastel diamantes for the flower centres to finish.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
inspirationstation #82 photo (inspiration taken from the pale colours and blossoms)
Avenue613 Animal Magic
MMM #271 use 2 dies
ATSM #520 dies/stencils

Thanks for looking and do pop along to the challenge blog to shows us your creations.

  2. Very pretty! I like you painted sentiment strip; it looks very cool even if it was just an "extra". And your multi-colored flowers are so pretty.
