Klimt inspired postcard

I made a Klimt inspired postcard for SundayPostcardArt (however I missed the challenge!).

I stamped trees over a red base card using blue, yellow, orange and brown inks. I then die cut tree trunks from different coloured cards and papers. This postcard was inspired by this image:

Snail Mail brthday

 Hi everybody,

It is time for a new challenge over at Creative Moments - do pop over and see what the deign team have created.

I have played along as always, using an image that I already had coloured in my stash:

I think the image was coloured with my promarker pens and then fussy cut. I die-cut the grass on X-cut green glitter paper, and I also cut the sentiment from this same paper. I then layered them onto a card base to make this CAS birthday greeting.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

I thought you might all like to see some of my purple flowers that have recently come into bloom too

Christmas in July Part 2

 Hi all,

I have yet another Christmas card to share with you all :)

I used an image from my stash that I had already coloured. The image is from StarStampz and is called Christmas Elf Ornament.

I coloured her with Promarkers and then fussy cut leaving the signature. I layered the inside of the card with a green 'merry christmas' patterned paper, and the front with a snowflake patterned paper. I then used a foiled die-cut sentiments and some sequins to finish. I had the fold over to one side so that the inner paper can be seen when the card is closed, and also this allows my girl to hang over the edge.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Rainbow wishes

 Hi guys,

We have a new challenge starting today over at Creative Moments.

This time we are sponsored by Beccy's Place, who kindly provided me with this image and sentiment from the splish splash set.

I use pretty colour inks to create a rainbow on white card in a watercolour effect. I then blended broken china distress ink over the rest of the card before printing the image and sentiment. Nice and easy.

Cool it down at MAWTT

 Hi guys,

It is a new month and the new challenge over at MAWTT was chosen by myself this time. I thought, being July, that we would be having lots of sunshine and heat right about now - so I chose cool it down as the challenge theme. I am starting to think I should have gone for Heat it up instead!!

So for this challenge I want to see cooler colour schemes, anything water related, maybe snow or winter themed things, ice lollies - and so on (I think you get the picture).

I went for snow:

I die cut the snowflakes from X-cut sparkle self-adhesive paper, and used the middle pieces to mimic a flurry of snowflakes. I then simply added a topper on top of this to make a card suitable for any winter occasion.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
