Hi guys,
We have our last challenge of the year starting today over at Creative Moments. I am not on the 22nd DT but as always I have made a card to play along with my teamies.
The bears are cross stitched on plastic canvas, cut out and a thread loop added to the top to make a hanging decoration. I then used a frame that came with a cross stitch kit to make an aperture frame to stick the decoration to in order to make a card. Finally I added a sentiment sticker.
Thanks for looking,

Good morning,
It'll soon be Christmas! Therefore for our last challenge I have made a Christmas card. As always we are anything goes as long as you use Promarkers, however our optional twist is to add a flower to your creation.
Here is my card
I have used Rory tis the season from Heather Valentin - Colour of Love who are sponsoring us for this challenge. We have a new challenge today at Creative Moments, and I have made a Christmas card.
I added a backing paper from a free gift that came with a magazine, to a narrow card base to give a Christmas feel. I then fussy cut the image - which is Mouse sleeping from our sponsor Patties Creations. Thanks for looking,

Hi guys,
It is time for our final challenge of 2021 over at MAWTT and Christine wants to see your Fancy Folds.
I had already created this card blank but hadn't used it, so I decided it was about time. It is a Z-fold card that allows the different layers to be seen when the card is closed. I used a 'The Snowman' theme for my card using various different toppers. To the front panel I added the foiled sentiment and a felt bauble.I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
CountryView - Christmas
ChristmasCraftCreations - Fun Fold
Hey everyone,
We have a new challenge started today at I Love Promarkers, with the optional theme of Christmas! Yes it is only just over 3 weeks away now. However, if you don't celebrate Christmas you can always play along with anything goes - the only stipulation is that you must use promarkers (or their varieties) on your creation.
I coloured the image using promarkers - I wanted it to look like a snow scene, so left much of the tree cover white, but looking at the images from other DT members I don't think this was the best option. I die-cut the image into a square and then added onto a Christmas tree base card, using holly ribbon peel-offs on the corners to add some shimmer, Finally I added the peel-off sentiment.I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
PFP #620 Christmas Critters
TIOT - Winter Wonderland
intaas #122 Winter
CountryView - Christmas
Hi guys,
I have used the sketch from AHSC for todays card:
This is the sketch -Good evening,
I have another Christmas card to share with you all today.
I used a Robin on cage designer paper to cover the card blank. The bauble topper I already had made up in my stash, so I used this and layered a foiled sentiment panel onto this.I have a beading related Technique in focus over on my facebook group currently until the end of November - found here. The technique is Russian Spiral Stitch, which makes a hollow cylinder of beading and can be used for various purposes. I have made mine into a bracelet for a gift for christmas.
I used wintry colours for my band and the instructions that I followed can be found here. Thanks for looking,

So a colleague at work is leaving on Friday and I have tried to make a stylish but masculine card for him, with a hint of celebration rather than being too depressive. It is also the day our new challenge starts at Creative Moments.
Good evening
It was a friends birthday recently and he really loves squirrels. I remembered I had this image on a calendar and so I recycled the image into a card for his birthday.
Thanks for looking,

hi everybody,
We have a new challenge starting over at I Love Promarkers, with the optional theme of No Patterned Paper.
and I have used Christmas candle.
To start I took a 6x6 card blank and using a leaf stencil covered the background with versamark ink. I then used Copper Heat It Up embossing powder to create the patterned background. A peel-off in an iridescent colour was added to a piece of plain white card and placed in the top right, aiming to look like the sentiment is reflecting the light from the candle flame.
I coloured the image using the following Promarkers - Warm Grey, Wild Cranberry and Lush Green for the Poinsettias: Twilight Sky, Dusky Pink, Ivory, Crimson, Daffodil Bloom and Lemon for the candle.
I then fussy cut this image and added to the card base.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
PFP 618 Anything Christmas
SimonSaysWednesday - Make Your Own Background
Allsorts #650 Christmas
MTTC #470 Texture
ABCChristmas - x for Xerox
dragonflydreams - Christmas/Winter

Hi guys,
I created a card using a sketch for a challenge that has expired - idiot. However, I had fun using the sketch and so I am going to share my creation with you anyway.
I started by using Cosmic Shimmer Neon Paste and a stencil to create the patterned right hand side. I then used a border die-cut for the border between this pattern and the plain card. I used a scalloped circle die-cut on starry paper and layered a scalloped square die-cut with a kitty stamped onto it in blue Distress ink. I layered these over the edge of the card and trimmed the excess. Finally I added a star sticker to the plain side, and added a birthday sentiment.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
SUYP #72 Furrything Goes
ATSM #418 Birthdays
AYLI - Favourite circle embellishment - die-cuts as they can be used for a variety of purposes
alphabetchallenge - P for patterned paper (circle embellishment)
ATCAS #210 circle
MTTC #470 Texture (border pattern)

I have a cross stitched Christmas card to share with you all today. This one has some added sparkle through the use of metallic threads.
This was a free kit with WOCS magazine and it came with the illustrated card blank, so I just stitched the bear and the snowflakes that are within the aperture.hi everybody
Our new challenge started today over at Creative Moments, with a new sponsor - Mirtillamente.
The image I used is Catherine. I used the pre-coloured image and added glitter glue in the appropriate colour to the outfit to really make her sparkle - it is Christmas after all. I used a Christmas patterned base card in green and fussy cut the image. I then added some peel-offs to finish. Our new challenge starts today at I Love Promarkers, with the optional theme of 'Make it funny'
I coloured the image using Promarkers and then fussy cut. I added the title to the label with a normal fineliner pen and hand-wrote the sentiment. I decided that keeping this CAS was best.
Promarkers - satin, cinnamon, raw sienna, soft peach, tequila sunrise, pink carnation, baby pink, pale pink, peach, lemon, pastel yellow, moss, grass, duck egg and chine blue.
I would like to enter this into the following challenge:
Allsorts #648 Add a Sentiment

Hi guys,
It is November already! How this year has flown by! This months challenge theme over at MAWTT is Anything But a Card. I have made a diamond art picture - I find these really therapeutic - especially as I love cross stitch, but these require much less concentration!
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog,
Hugz Tinz
I have made a CAS butterfly scene today using some toppers that work free with a crafting magazine.
Thanks for looking, hugz Tinz
Hi guys,
I want to share with you my recently finished spider decorations tonight.
They were really fun to create. I used acrylic paints for the base, painting them with a sponge to keep the paint light, and in some cases patchy. The grey one used steel paint and then dark silver glitter sprinkled onto the abdomen and left to dry. The red one used red paint and red glitter. The black one was the grey paint covered with black embossing powder, and then a mix of green and black embossing powders for the abdomen. Finally the blue one (M.balfouri) I just painted the legs as the abdomen is naturally a beige colour.
I would like to enter these into the following challenges:
ikesworld #149 Trick or treat
craftycalendar - halloween
SimplyCreateToo #175 All things spooky
CountryView - Halloween
modsquad - halloween

Hi guys,
I decided to finally start putting the recipe book together that I have had in my stash for a while. So I have done the front cover - in a pumpkin theme of course!
The image is one I coloured quite a while ago but then never used. I thought she went really well with the rest of the images. I used autumnal stickers, a pumpkin pie topper and lots of oranges to create this front cover.I also have an book review to share with you this time!
The Keeper of Happy Endings
by Barbara Davis
Soleen Rousell comes from a
lineage of women who guarantee that anybody who wears one of their wedding
dresses will have a happy ending. They are skilled both with needles and with
charms, but they don’t serve just anybody – they have to be sure that the
people who they provide the happy ending to are the right pairing. However,
this ability comes at a cost – love seems to be out of reach for these ladies,
with heart break following rapidly if they do fall in love. The family call
this a curse.
When a young lady who is going
through a heartbreak of her own, decides that she wishes to buy Soleen’s now
derelict shop for use as an art gallery for unknown artists, a new friendship
slowly blossoms. Soleen is reluctant at first, but she sees something of
herself in the young lady that encourages her to come out of her shell to help.
As the gallery nears its opening day, and Soleen opens up about her past, the
present starts to be full of surprises, and they are not all good ones.
This is a really gripping story
of heartbreak, determination and hope, as well as looking at how fragile relationships
are in general. It is well worth reading.

Hi guys,
There is a new challenge started over at Creative Moments (as always the theme is anything goes). Please pop over to the blog to see what creations the DT for this second challenge of the month have created.
As always I have played along, but using some of my own stash (as I am on the first team of the month rather than the second).
The image was coloured with Promarkers and then fussy cut. I used two different washi tapes on a slimline cardblank, and layered the image onto these. I then used stickers to add the sentiment and a couple of accents while keeping the design CAS.Hi guys,
We have a new challenge starting today at I Love Promarkers - as always we need to see you using Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Aquamarkers or Triamarkers on your creations. The option twist the I am playing is to use a punch or die-cut.
I coloured the image using the following promarkers - Olive Green, Summer Sun, Primrose, Blush, Icicle, Sky Blue, Pine and Cardinal Red. I then fussy cut the image and added to a red card blank. Then I punched the dragonflies from green glitter self-adhesive paper from X-cut. I left space for a suitable sentiment to be added.I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Sorry I am late - I lost track of what day it was and what DT needed to be completed! :(
However here I am now with my DT creation for Caroles fun BINGO board over at MAWTT.

Well I think stained glass is pretty vintage anyway, so I went with it.
I inked an embossing folder with gold papermania dye ink and then embossed a card blank. The folder I used looks like it could be frost creeping onto a pane of glass so I thought it was great for a stained glass centrepiece. I then added the topper to the centre and a die-cut gold sentiment to the top.Hugz Tinz
Hi guys,
Our new optional theme over at I Love Promarkers is 'Make it Square'. As I was following a sketch for this one, I decided to use a square card, but place the image into a circle within the square base.
Our sponsor for this challenge is one I haven't worked with before - Ching-Chou Kuik and I have used Hummingbirds. Thanks for looking,
