Travelling @ Creative Moments

Hi and welcome to my DT creation for our new challenge over at Creative Moments. Our challenge is always Anything Goes, but our twist this time is to have a Travel theme. I have used images from both of our sponsors to create cards this time. First up is EMMA WITH ANCHOR from Paper Nest Dolls:

I used a Nautical patterned base card for this image, as she is very nautical herself. I coloured her with watercolour pencils and then fussy cut. I painted a wooden heart with ... and then added a central heart with glitter glue (supposed to be blue!). Finally I added a sentiment topper at a jaunty angle.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge:
613 avenue create #214 use something wooden

The second card uses Playtime Pablo from  Creative Bug:
For this one I used a mini card and once again coloured the image with watercolour pencils. This time I cut the image with a wavy line (for country roads) and had it overlappig the edge of the card slightly. I used Glitzcraft poppy stencil and red and green glitter pastes to create the background, and to finish added some gems.

I would like to add this guy into the following challenges:
Sweet stampin' - Use a stencil
CountryView #68 Plant-tastic

Both cards are good for the following challenges:
C4C455 Make a card
 craftingbydesigns - Anything Goes

Thanks for looking,
