Shutter Cloud

Hello everybody,

It is time for a new challenge over at Creative Moments and we have some fantastic sponsors. As always the theme is Anything Goes but for this challenge we have the optional twist to 'Make it funny' (tomorrow is international moment of laughter day). I used the Amy on a cloud image from Crafty Sentments, who are offering 3 images to the chosen winner.

Here is what I came up with:
The backing paper is NOT gingham - it is pearlescent card and you cannot see the squares on it lol! Anyway, the star paper is a Mulberry Wood design, the top ribbon is papermania and the base ribbon is Gorjuss. The star pearls were coloured with Budding Rose promarker to give the pink sheen. The image was coloured with the following promarkers - Budding Rose, Pastel Pink, Pastel Green, Cool Grey 1 Morning Mist and Fresh Meadows. (It is an A4 card - I thought maybe I should try using the card blanks as I have had them hidden away for several years now lol).
It is not very easy to see the sentiment in this photo because of the flash, but it reads - 'Aim for the stars - If you fall short you can sit on the clouds'.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
PFP #341 BINGO - straight down the centre
Lisa's bingo board
Glitternsparkle #183 Stars
OLL #202 Words,words, words
I love promarkers  #306 Two colours only (green and pink)
Fussy and Fancy #161 Green and pink

Here is this times audio book review:
Shutterman by Richard Montanari
The Farren family have been a menace to a Philadelphia neighbourhood, known as Devil’s Pocket, for a long time. One of the youngest of the Farren family (Billy) was afflicted with a syndrome that prevents him from recognising faces, on the day that his father was killed by the police. Moira, the grandmother, believes that her family is cursed as all the men die either in prison or because of the police, and Billy is the one to free them of this curse. How Billy goes about this is chillingly gruesome, and detective Kevin Byrne has to figure him out before he kills again. However, Kevin has his own secrets that involve the Farren family. This is a good thriller that keeps you interested and gives you enough of the backstory, without giving away the plot too quickly. The way it shows the two sides of the Farren family is very good also, and allows you to feel some empathy with Billy. I would definitely recommend this story.

And a Height chart update for you too: 67hrs

Thank you for looking
