Steaming along

 Hi guys,

I have a masculine card to share with you today!

The train image is from a mini  Hunkydory pad of vintage vehicles. I simply added this to a piece of navy card (6x4). I embossed a pink glitter card (to match the border in the image) with a floral splatter embossing folder that I thought kinda looked like steam. I placed this beneath the image and then added an Anita's foiled sentiment topper.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Beach doodles

 Hi guys,

I have a quick CAS card to share with you today.

I used a paper from a 3x3 paper stack I got from the Range, which had a seaside theme. I then doodled around the outside and added some outlines to some of the images before hand-writing the tongue twister in the centre. I am not 100% sure I actually like it tbh.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

SimplyLessisMoore #426 Doodles

MMM #129 on the beach

MTTC #439 CAS

CountryView - I do like to be beside the seaside

Carry On Emogeez

Ok so I decided to use the sentiments from the stamp set I used for the last Aud Sentiments challenge, to make two more cards for this Anything Goes challenge that starts today!!

I coloured the sentiments with papermania water colour markers. I then used X-cut nesting circles dies and Papermania Capsule Collection 'Spots and Stripes - Festive' to make the frame panels for the sentiments. I layered the corresponding papers onto 6x6 card blanks. I then used foiled borders and felt shapes to finish the cards off.

I would like to enter these into the following challenges:

CCM #261 Lots of layers

SOS #427 Pile it on

Gratitude @ I Love Promarkers

Hi there,

We have a new challenge starting for you today at I Love Promarkers and the optional theme is 'Thank you'. The sponsor for this challenge is Bugaboo and I have used one of their images to make this card.

I stamped over some white card with a butterfly stamp (Dovecraft - Birds and the Bees stamp set) and using versamark ink. I then heat embossed with Heat It Up clear embossing powder before blending distress inks over the whole background (marmaid lagoon, shaded lilac, evergreen bough, spun sugar and squeezed lemonade). I coloured the image with promarkers (Warm Grey 1, Lemon, Sky Blue, Pastel Pink, Cool Grey 5, Caramel, Amethyst, Yellow, Soft Green, Pastel Yellow, Cerise, Bluebell and Sandstone) and fussy cut it out. I layered this on my homemamde patterned background and matted onto pearl cardstock and added some pearls to one side. I die-cut the edge of a KRAFT card blank using an edging die that was free with a magazine. I added a piece of the patterned card on the inside flap behind this border, after matting onto the white pearl card. I layered the image panel onto the card front and then added a sentiment, matted onto the white pearl card.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
DigiDoodleStudio #30 Things with wings
TheLibraryChallenge #64 Minitaure Garden Grower

Night garden

Hi guys,

I have a little postcard to share with you today. I am late uploading it and so I have actually missed the challenge it was created for - but I thought I would still share!!

I used a dotty patterned paper from my scrap box. The flowers are cut from a mini paper pad I got from The Range (3x3"). I just fussy cut them from the paper and stuck them on at random to look like a nighttime garden. I then simply added a sentiment topper.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
polkadoodles wk31 Black and White with a spot of colour
Thelibrarychallenge #64 Miniature garden grower
SOS #425 Black and white
dragonflydreams - Anything Goes

I thought I would leave you with a couple of photos of my babies :D

Elephants @ MAWTT

Hi everybody,

As it is the first of the month we have a new challenge for you over at Moving Along With The Times - with the theme being Elephants.

I really had to dig deep in my stash for this one, but I found this little guy on some patterned papers, as a topper, and decided to use him.

I used a glitter card in pink for the background and simply added the topper onto this once I had trimmed it from the sheet. I took a chipboard flower and applied VersaMark ink and then Heat It Up silver embossing powder. I heat embossed and added this to the base. Finally I took a chipboard sentiment and painted it with Blue gilding paste.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

SimonsaysWednesday - Anything Goes
CatchtheBug - Anything Goes
