Spring time flowers

 Hello there,

We have a new challenge started today over at I Love Promarkers, where you can now use any type of colouring medium on your images. The optional theme is Easter/Spring.

Here is my card using a wonderful image from Last Minute Manda.

I coloured the image using watercolour pencils this time and then fussy cut it out. I found a floral patterned paper in my scraps, along with a plain blue and used these for the background, layering the image over the top. To finish I added a peel-off sentiment.

Love and Romance

Our first challenge of 2026 starts today over at Creative Moments, with the optional theme of Love and Romance.

I used some patterned papers from my odds box to die-cut the hearts (using X-cuts nesting hearts dies and some Marianne Creatables dies. I stamped the Tim Holtz image onto the large heart and then used a free sentiment that was then heat embossed in red embossing powder to finish.

Fairytale spells

 Our first challenge of 2026 over at I Love Promarkers is a fairytale themed, sponsored by the lovely Colouring Nook.

Here is my card:

For this card I used various patterned papers from my stash and layered them up using the sketch from Cheerful sketches, and layered the image on top, which I coloured with my chameleon pens. You can now use any medium at all to colour the images on your creations.

Flowers and butterflies

Happy New Year to all!

Our first challenge at MAWTT for 2026 is to use Stencils and/or Dies.

I used Nuevo pastes through a floral stencil for my background. I then added some flat-backed diamantes to some of the flower centres to add a little extra sparkle. I used a Hunkydory foiled sentiment label for the centre of the card and then added die-cut butterflies around the edges.
